Refund & Return Policy 

At Awesome Prints Gift Shop, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. As most of our items are made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each piece is carefully created to meet your specific order, ensuring it is one-of-a-kind.

For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefore there is no item to be exchanged.

 

The only exception to this policy is if the item you receive is incorrect or defective. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product. To assist in resolving the matter, we will require pictures and proof of the issue. If it is determined that the error is on our part, we will issue a refund once the item has been returned to us.

Shipping Policy

We make all of our items to order, meaning we do not carry any stock on hand and only produce your item when it is ordered.

 

Please allow the following time frames to receive your item: 

▪3-7 business days to receive a tracking number

▪Another 4-12 business days once shipped as quoted by the shipping carrier.
